Position Overview

Action Resources International (ARI) is seeking a Program Coordinator to play a key role in helping to implement and expand our ARI VISTA Rural Intermediary Program in the Rocky Mountain Region.

The ARI VISTA Program Coordinator is a key staff member to support and manage ARI’s AmeriCorps VISTA Program, which provides essential capacity-building services to rural, grassroots and underserved organizations working in service to a diverse array of social, community health and wellness needs. The program coordinator takes the lead on promotional and outreach activities; VISTA member recruitment and management; and coordination with program placement sites and community resources. They will work closely with the ARI National Service Director to support and help manage the overall program including the AmeriCorps grant, strategic planning, reporting, program development, fiscal management, and direct VISTA member as well as placement site support.
